Rashmita is a Fractional FD and Chartered Accountant who qualified with a City-based firm of accountants and auditors.

She spent her early career in JUST EAT, a fast-paced and rapidly growing takeaway food delivery company headquartered in London.  During her time, they floated on the LSE and are now a FTSE 100 company and an international, market-leading brand.  Rashmita was part of the finance team that managed this growth and transformation. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Director, she was involved in:

• Creating a Capital Market Day presentation to investors, shareholders and analysts
• Delivering their first long-term strategic review
• Setting their 3-year global delivery strategy/model utilising external market data, customer segmentation, customer behaviours, competitive landscape and population data.
• Overseeing the in-country finance teams for Australia, Canada, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Ireland and Switzerland.

For the last eight years, Rashmita has held Finance Director positions in several investor-backed companies: Sunoptic (a global e-commerce company), VORMO (a software platform) and Kleene (an early-stage data analytics company).  She has an enormous amount of experience as a strategic voice on the Board and in helping these companies to scale.

Rashmita is a self-motivated, proactive and results-driven Fractional FD with experience in leading and supporting financial strategies in a high-growth environment. She has a hands-on management style with excellent communication skills and is able to build strong relationships, working closely with board members, executives, heads of department and the wider team. She also has significant experience in financial planning.
